Bread Butter Pudding

Hai, mlm2 ni nak kongsi resepi puding roti. Memang sedap dan lembab teksturnya. Sila la cuba....

ingredients     metric
white bread     500g
butter- melted125g
eggs                  500g
sugar                250g
salt                    2g
vanilla extract15ml
milk                 1250ml
cinnamon        as needed
nutmeg          as needed

procedure
cut each slice of bread. Brush both side with melted butter
arrange the bread slices
mix the eggs,sugar,salt n vanilla. Add the milk
let stand, refrigerated for 1hour
sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
bain marie
bake about 1hour at 175'c
